🎯 About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Experience who is eager to build a career in software testing. In this role, you will collaborate closely with QA and Development teams to ensure the quality, accuracy, and usability of our digital products.
This position offers hands-on experience with real-world testing processes, tools, and methodologies, along with exposure to live projects.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Perform manual testing: functional, regression, UI/UX, smoke, and sanity testing
- Log, track, and retest bugs using tools like JIRA and Trello
- Participate in requirement analysis discussions with QA Leads and developers
- Collaborate with developers to validate bug fixes
- Document testing results and prepare QA reports
- Support QA team in understanding SDLC, STLC, and testing workflows
- Continuously learn and adapt to modern QA tools and practices
💡 Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, or related field
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, SDLC & STLC
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of web/mobile applications and user journeys
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in QA domain
🛠️ Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp
- Basic knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Swagger
- Understanding of SQL queries
- Exposure to Selenium or automation tools (optional)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
