ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Head of Marketing who can own the entire marketing function end-to-end — from brand positioning and design direction to SEO, events, and team building. This isn't a "strategy-only" seat. You'll get your hands dirty, ship work fast, and build a lean team that punches above its weight. You'll report directly to the founder and be responsible for marketing across both Linearloop (tech services & SaaS) and Linear Commerce (D2C/e-commerce).

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Brand & Design- Own brand visibility and positioning across both businesses in the market- Bring a strong design sense — you should know what good looks like and be able to direct output quality- Work closely with graphic designers and illustrators to produce high-quality visual assets- Create enterprise-grade pitch decks, sales collateral, and client-facing presentations- Own the company websites — manage updates, redesigns, and content refreshes on an ongoing basis Content & SEO- Collaborate with the content marketer to drive a consistent publishing cadence- Own technical SEO — site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing- Plan and execute strategies to drive qualified traffic from the target audience Web & CMS- Hands-on experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar CMS platforms- Ability to make website changes independently without waiting on engineering Events & Offline Marketing- Plan and execute physical marketing events — meetups, conferences, founder dinners, sponsored sessions - Represent the brand in relevant industry circles Team & Operations- Build and lead a marketing team of 3-4 people- Run the function independently with full ownership of planning and execution- Maintain a daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadence — no one should have to chase you for updates- Set clear goals, track performance, and course-correct fast ================================================================================
MUST HAVE- 5+ years in a marketing role, with at least 2 years leading a team- Strong design sensibility — you can evaluate and direct creative work confidently- Experience collaborating with designers, illustrators, and content writers- Solid technical SEO knowledge (not just keyword stuffing — actual technical chops)- Proven ability to build and maintain brand presence in competitive markets- Experience creating enterprise-level decks and client-facing materials- Hands-on with Webflow, Framer, or equivalent CMS tools- Track record of driving targeted traffic growth through organic and strategic channels- Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and get the best out of a small team- Disciplined operator — comfortable with structured cadences and async reporting.

GOOD TO HAVE- Uses AI tools actively to speed up workflows instead of waiting on people — this matters a lot to us- Experience running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)- Background in e-commerce — worked with or at companies using Shopify, Fynd, or similar platforms/services ================================================================================
